Broadmoor Country Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Merrillville, Indiana.
The course first opened for play in 1974.
Blue tees: par-71, 6,021 yards, 69.8 / 117
Red tees: par-72, 5,181 yards, 71.4 / 110
Good luck trying to find the fairways and greens. The once-popular golf course, abandoned after closing for winter in 2001, now is little more than an overgrown patch of weeds.
But travelers along U.S. 30 where the old course sits on the Merrillville-Schererville border soon will witness a change.
Work on the first phase of a controversial subdivision dubbed Foxmoor could begin in late spring 2016.

This is a great course, definitely the current conditions are such that it is a major challenge to get around without losing a few dozen balls. Would highly recommend.
